Here is my shoot of motivation for your weight loss

Yes, you heard me... This time don't expect some fancy tips. This time I'll do my best to help you take action now. I want you to interrupt your daily pattern and act - whatever the word "act" means to you.
It might mean that you'll go out without even finishing reading this blog post and you will run. Run for 30 minutes.

See, I believe that a strong enough reason will lead you by itself right toward your goal. You will march and you will struggle... You will be in pain but you won't stop. And sometimes... you will even want to quit but something deep inside you just won't allow you to.

There was always a part of you that didn't want to quit. The part which said "Enough is enough!" and gave you all the motivation you ever needed to act.

Maybe you asked for a raise or maybe you did something entirely different for the first time.

See, motivation can mean many different things for each and every one of us.

But to show you just how far can someone go if the motivation is strong enough, I want to show you one of rare short movies on the internet that literally sent shivers down my spines. It's about worlds strongest dad.

Become The Next Weight Loss Success Story

My goal is to provide you with tips that will help you achieve real results. I know how frustrating is to read about hundreds of mostly conflicting advices and being clueless which one of them will really make a difference.

You know, the research has shown that one thing really successful people have in common is that they aren't concentrating on short term solutions, but are constantly seeking for something that will be good for them in the long run.

The steps here are aimed at providing you with the suggestions that are good for you in the long run and at the same time provide quick and measurable results. Surely, this holds true only when you actually apply what you read here.

1. Just keep going stupid!

This is the number one reason that will determine your success or your failure.

See all it takes is to just continue to do what you are doing, notice if it's working, and if it isn't, being able to change it. But here comes the interesting truth.

Most people expect a total makeover in a really short span of time, so because of this they constantly change their diets, trainings, and usually just give up thinking that it's rubbish advice anyway.

So my suggestion to you is to stick... and I really mean stick.... to a plan for at least a month. And sticking means to really follow through the plan. If you don't see any changes in 1 month there can only be two reasons for that: the program isn't helping you achieve your goals or it might be that you are doing something really wrong.

In each case, change something and start noticing the results again.

2. Change your eating habits

Exercising is only a half of solution.

Scientists have shown that it usually takes somewhere around 21 days to sculpt a new habit. So knowing this, stick to the new eating plan for at least 21 days and you will notice that it will be really easy to follow through after that.

One quick tip that I'd suggest here is to drink about 100 ounces (3 liters) of water a day. The reason? It's just healthy to do so.

3. Find someone to be your weight loss partner

This was of the biggest help for me, because I am constantly procrastinating and by having a partner to go to the gym with me was really helpful for me. A single call from that person can change your whole attitude for that day that you'd excuse yourself of the plan you had to follow through.

Ideally try to find someone who has the reputation of following through his/hers goals. Don't underestimate the influence your weight loss partner will have on you. The last step is to get a weight loss program that will help you produce real and measurable results.

Teen Weight Loss Program, Is It Any Tougher?

Teen weight loss programs are usually a bit different then programs for adults. However, being a teen doesn't mean that it will be harder for you do achieve anything, because as with any other person on this world, achieving goals is all in the mind.

By saying that, I mean that the crucial parts of your path to your goal will be:

1. Your desire

Having a strong burning desire is the must have if you want to ever achieve your goal.

Would you really like to change? Are you prepared to invest your time, energy and sometimes even money? Because if you aren't 100% sure, there is a high chance that you won't follow through it.

But there is a way out even if you don't have the desire which would drive you. The first step is to understand that you are the one who motivates yourself and on the other hand, you need to act to be motivated, and not necessary the other way around.

See, most people think that you need to be motivated to act, but in fact you need to act to get motivated.

Knowing the pleasures you will experience when you will be happy with yourself and the pain you will have to go through if you won't change will be the driving forces in your motivation.

Write down the good feelings that you will feel after you achieve your goal and write the bad emotions you might experience if you don't change.

2. Having a specific plan

Having a specific plan will help you act now, because the worst thing you can do is to be motivated and do nothing about it. With a proper plan you will be able to direct your energy and start working toward your goals.

A specific plan also requires having a specific goal. Do you want to lose 2 pounds a week? 2 pounds a month? It really doesn't matter what your goal is as long as you are specific about it.

3. Being consistent at execution of your plan

After you start acting you need to motivate yourself on daily basis. Studies have shown that a repeated act becomes your habit after about 21 days. So follow through the plan for at least 21 days and it will become way easier to make your goals your reality. Also, find someone with the same goal as you have, so that this way you will be able to motivate each other.

Decide in advance what will you do and exactly how. And do it even if you don't feel like it.
Having a proper weight loss training is however absolutely essential.

6 Quick Tips To Proper Weight Loss Exercises

About a month ago I was just finishing with my last exercise at the gym when I started observing two friends doing the exercises together.

One of them was doing the exercise while the other was motivating him. They were pretty passionate about it, but seemed clueless about the proper moves for that specific exercise.

As the one who was doing the exercise couldn't lift the weights anymore, the other one quickly went and brought a bit lighter weights. He started literally shouting "Okay, FAST FAST, do it! You can lift em 5 more times!"

Exhausted and breathless, the one who was actually doing the exercise took the weights and started struggling. As he couldn't lift them alone, his friend - the motivator, grabbed his hands and helped him do the exercise. At around third repetition he screamed, dropped the weights and bent in immense pain.

The accident really woke me up and I started thinking about the dangers connected to exercising. You might not lift as heavy weights but with poor execution other injuries can happen nevertheless.

So I want to share some tips which will help you prevent injuries:

1. Always warm up before doing the exercises. I see so many people who go to the gym and not warm up before the exercises that it's not even funny! Warming up is a proactive solution, and will prevent a lot injuries.

2. Never forget to stretch after the exercise.

3. Always remember to stop doing the exercise if you feel pain in your joints.

4. If you start to feel pain in any part of your body after the exercises and suspect that you might have injured it, STOP doing exercises that put pressure on that part until the pain diminishes.

5. Always consult your doctor if the pain won't go away. Even if you feel stupid going to doctor for having this weird pain, do it anyway. You don't want to risk a permanent injury, do you?

6. Take care of your posture during the exercises.

Also, research the internet about the proper execution if you are not sure how to do them. Ideally ask for a personal trainer who will go with you through each and every exercise.

Surely, there are a few really good fitness programs in which you'll get all the needed information about how to do the exercises and a whole system of getting rid of those few pounds that you want to get rid of.

This is the weight loss recipe; a bit different this time

This is the only real weight loss recipe on the internet. Use it wisely.

The ingredients are quite affordable, easy to get and the directions for the preparation are a piece of cake to follow. Read it, learn it, use it and when you are all done, forget about it and enjoy the delicious flavour it will leave in your mouth.

Ingredients

1 full cup of motivation
1 1/2 cups of "power to act" in powder
1 friend with the same goal as you
3 cups of dedication
1 fresh fitness program
1 ticket to local gym

Directions

1. Take the full cup of motivation and be really gentle with it, because it might diminish if you don't use it in the same minute you get it. It can quickly go bad and lose it's effect. It is easy to get but at the same time it's amazingly easy to lose it.

Mix the full cup of motivation with all the power to act you have and keep mixing until you actually do something about your goals.

2. After you started to do something about your goals, call the friend and hook him/her, so that you two will be making this dish together. It is way easier and a lot of fun if you do it with someone else!

Only after you found the lucky soul, get the fresh fitness program and blend it together with 3 cups of dedication.

3. Get your ticket for the gym and make the friend to get one too. Add the ticket to other already mixed ingredients. Now that you payed for the ticket, have the friend to go with you and have already stirred the motivation, dedication and the power to act, this weight loss recipe is almost done.

4. Now all you have to do is to bake for at least one month. Serve fresh and hot.

This recipe might seem almost too simple at the first sight, but don't be fooled by it's simplicity. Give it a shot, I'm sure that you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Have You Asked Yourself Why Do You Need To Change?

It's interesting that some of us have to change themselves to be normal. We have to put abnormal energy into something that's taken for granted by most of the population. I remember being in high-school and having a rather big classmate. At one point of school I was best friends with him. We were cheating at exams one from another and cutting the boring classes. Mind you that both of us were top students.

One day he made the decision to change his body. His looks kept him having low self-esteem and he knew it. Kids have been making fun out of him for years and every time he heard someone laugh at him it hurt. Every time. His dedication was intense, and his decision was final. In less then a year he literally became a different person. He lost over 80 pounds and was finally happy with himself.

So one day we were talking at a coffee and one of the former classmates told him "Josh, you look amazing now.. I am still unable to realize that you are a different person. I mean... You were really fat. You were like a balloon. Like a fat balloon!" At this point I looked at Josh and even though he was smiling I saw a sad look in his eyes. He finally understood that most of his friends didn't see him as "Josh" but as a fat friend.

Later in that day I spoke with him and he told me how much it hurts him knowing how all of those people saw him. He said "Even though that I look awesome now, and even thought that I'm 100% happy about how my body looks, it still hurts to hear them speak like that." At the end we all want to fit in. We want to be normal. And we want to be able to accept ourselves. But it's hard to accept yourself fully if you don't like the way you look.

Your body is like your clothes. You might say that you don't care, but deep down we all want to look good, to feel being attractive. One way of achieving your goal that never ever fails is to join a fitness and be consistent about going there.

And the one changing you will be YOU.

Do You Want To Know The Secret To Getting Rid Of Cellulite?

There is a misconception among people who want to lose weight. Most of those people think that it's hard to get rid of the extra pounds. Most of them think that it's literally a struggle to do it.

I thought that having a fitness program will be like going back to school. Having the same thoughts again "Oh man... I don't feel like it today". Can you remember having those thoughts?

The interesting fact is that having enough desire will make the excuses diminish. So when I started going to the gym I found myself wondering about where are the excuses... Why aren't I procrastinating going there? How come that it's as easy as going in the car, driving to the gym and doing the exercises?

Now I don't want to give you super secret exercise that will change your life forever, because such exercises don't exist. There is no miracle workout, no miracle diet and no miracle machine that will do the work for you. The secret miracle everyone is trying hide from you... is you. You are the secret.

Getting rid of cellulite comes down to making a decision. A decision about how much dedicated will you be. Do you want it enough? Is the pain of not having the body you want big enough? Or is the pleasure you will experience when you'll march proudly on the beach, feeling way too good to not do anything about it?

You have to understand that having the weight-loss program and a corresponding diet won't help if you haven't really made a decision.

Now I know what you might be thinking... You might be wondering, that you indeed have done the decision about something but yet you didn't follow through. And the interesting thing about that is, that you most probably deluded yourself that you made the decision. Most probably you "choose" to do something to feel better about yourself.

To have a sense of achievement even before doing something.

The decision about changing your body must be different... It must be coming from a genuine place. And when you know that you made a decision ACT NOW. Don't say that you'll start doing it next month. If this is the case then you haven't really made a decision.

When you make a decision you act immediately. Call your friend and tell them how amazing will the two of you look in a few months.

Having someone to go with you to the fitness is one of the best things you can do.

And only once you have made a decision and acted upon it, only then start searching for the programs. Only then start thinking about diets. Does that make sense?

You have to act. Have you made the decision?

6 Ways To Achieve Real And Measurable Results

A little secret big Japanese corporations know is that constant improvements in little details produce big results over time.

And we can make advantage of this knowledge too. Small constant improvements at our dieting, exercises and mental attitudes will produce amazing results.

So I am giving you 6 simple and easy ways of improving your current approaches:

1. Always be monitoring your body fat levels and weight

You must always know if you are still on your path. From time to time you will need to make a few slight changes in your diet and knowing your present situation will help you do that. At the same time, you will get a great motivational boost by comparing how much you improved over time.

2. Eat every 3 hours

Eating more frequently but consuming smaller meals will help you on many different levels, because it is less intense for your metabolism and will help you have more balanced diet.

3. Concentrate on being consistent at realization of your plans

Being consistent is the secret ingredient of champions and regular people as you who succeeded achieving their goals. If you are visiting gym, be consistent at it. Go there even if you don't feel like it... You have to concentrate at making it a habit.

4. Find a tested fitness program that produces real results

There is a lot of different tips and advices out there, and most of them contradict each other. Having a real program made by an expert will surely help you get the most out of your effort and will benefit you on the long run.

5. Surround yourself with same minded people

This is a secret I learned from reading Napoleon Hills book in which he described that among many other habits, all of the really successful people in this world had a peer group of same minded people. But even if you don't have friends who have the same goals as you, there is always a chance to join internet groups and forums.

6. Have a gym partner

I remember being apathetic and without any desire to go to the gym, but a single call from my friend helped me change my mind. If you two have the same goal, then you will motivate each other and be way more consistent at going there.

Incorporate these simple ideas into your weight loss program and you will start noticing real results very fast.
